Seaweed Vessels

Seaweeds foraged from the blustery, shingled, East Sussex shoreline, woven into vessel forms.

Egg Wrack, Bladder Wrack, Channeled Wrack.

Woven, twined, laced… scent of the wild salty waters.

Worked damp, the seaweed dries hard to create delicate, calligraphic forms that speak of space and movement.

The vessels evolve with time, responding to atmospheric humidity levels.
